Charter Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Production Machine Operator to join our committed Manufacturing & Production team. You will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art machinery, upholding quality, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining safety standards in all processes. Operate production machinery according to specific standards and protocols of Charter Manufacturing. Monitor machine operations to detect defects or malfunctions, ensuring optimal machine performance. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around work areas to comply with safety regulations. Adhere to production schedules and deadlines, managing materials and outputs effectively. Perform basic maintenance on machinery to ensure longevity and reduce downtime. Record and report production data accurately for process improvement analysis. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and enhance operational efficiencies. Proficiency in operating various manufacturing machinery and tools. Strong understanding of production procedures and safety measures. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical issues. Efficient communication and teamwork capabilities. Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
