Job Description:

STS Technical Services is hiring Service Administrators--in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Daily Duties:* Utilize supply system to track parts, order parts and track status of work orders* Organize and maintain a broad range of paper and electronic documentation to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures* Provides and monitors data in support of the creation and management of production activities: Work orders, vehicle movement, etc.* Troubleshoot and monitor orders/claims, coordinate shipping and receiving activities and other functional areas as needed.* Process claims, credit memos, invoices, core returns, sales and purchase orders.* Others duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications:* Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty equipment experience.* Strong computer skills required including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.* Experience with supply systemsAbout STS Technical Services:STS Technical Services--is a Top 100 Staffing Firm--that???s partnered with some of the largest names in the aerospace, manufacturing, defense and industrial industries.
