Job Description Summary :The Organizational Development Consultant
supports and leads efforts that strengthen the performance of
ThedaCare leaders, providers, and team members to consistently
achieve desired patient outcomes and advance system priorities and
strategies. Provides expertise in learning and development,
performance management, change management, surveys and assessments,
and other talent management processes to drive effective
standardization and alignment across ThedaCare. Serves as an
internal consultant to leaders and functional areas to consult on
the design, implementation, and adoption of system level
1. Develops, designs, and implements targeted organizational
development interventions at a team level to improve individual,
team, and organizational performance.
2. Creates and delivers learning and development curriculum.
3. Designs change management interventions at the team level and
carries out identified system level strategies.
4. Conducts individual, team, and organizational assessments.
Analyzes assessment results and recommendations for feedback,
development, and performance coaching.
5. Leads the measurement, analysis, and delivery of effective
strategies to improve team member engagement throughout
6. Implements and maintains talent management processes such as
onboarding, performance management, and succession planning.
- Bachelor's degree in education, organizational psychology,
human resources, or related field
- Three years of experience in education, organizational
development, or human resources
