This Innovation is a key part of what we do here at Hoffmaster, and we continue to drive the industry forward by investing in our employees and state-of-the-art technology.The Cash Application Specialist is responsible for the application of all daily receipts to the account receivable file maintained in the ERP system as well as the coding of all customer deductions.Essential Job Duties:

• Receives, verifies, and posts all lockbox receipts to the Account Receivable file maintained in the ERP system.
• Codes deductions and distributes to the Credit Department.
• Posts credit card orders and payments.
• Applies write-offs to accounts within guidelines.Requirements:

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable/Accounting field preferred
