Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.As Talent Acquisition (TA) Intern, you will have the opportunity to champion the candidate experience and work collaboratively with our team that supports enterprise TA Coordination. In this internship you will gain exposure to the talent acquisition lifecycle and execute work critical to the success of our TA service delivery model.YOUR IMPACT

• Partners with the Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to execute on the talent acquisition lifecycle
• Coordinate all aspects of the candidate interview process, including scheduling, resource and room reservation and travel arrangements
• Schedule, monitor and communicate pre-employment background checks and drug testing results to Talent Acquisition Partner(s); escalate any discrepancies
• Collaborate with TA Coordinators and TA Partners to identify, develop and implement process improvements related to the TA Coordination
• Support other activities and projects as they comeMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • You're working towards an associates or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related area for the entire duration of the internshipSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
    • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and easily adaptable to change.
