All residents care is provided in a manor which meets the residents physical, mental, and psycho social needs and enables the individual to attain or maintain the highest practicable level of functioning. The resident associate maintains a Home like environment for the resident protects and promotes resident rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possiblePM - 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm NOC shift 10p-6:30 am.Key Requirements:

• High School graduate and or 3 years relevant experience
• Come to work - Excellent Attendance
