This is a great opportunity for an individual who has excellent customer service and strong technical skills. The ideal candidate will enjoy learning and implementing new technologies and equipment, supporting end users and solving problems.*In this role, you'll: ** Set up client PCs and install operating systems, peripherals, and software.* Install network related equipment in client locations, including switches, firewalls, access points, and routers.* Install and manage cloud telecom services and hardware.* Create and update technical documentation for network installations or changes to existing installations.* Train end users on software and systems, assisting clients with integrating technologies into their organization to advance productivity and efficiency.* Resolve client issues through remote support, or on site as needed, and document all actions taken.* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve a range of hardware, software, and network issues.* Prioritize and triage incoming tickets by communicating with dispatchers and clients.* Participate in project planning and implementation.*To be successful in this role, you'll need: ** An Associate's degree in Information Technology field, or equivalent work experience, required.* 1+ years of experience in a professional IT role (desired).* Current industry certifications such as A+, Net+, or CCNA (desired but not required).* A solid technical skillset, including experience with computer hardware and software, basic networking, TCP IP, Active Directory, Windows server, O365, VPN, and malware scanning and removal tools.* Strong listening skills and the ability to interpret clients' summary of issues.* Professional communication skills, both written and oral, within multiple levels of an organization.* The ability to be resourceful and work independently within a team environment.* The ability to multitask and balance competing priorities.* A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
