do their jobs every day.ENGAGEMENT AND COMMUNICATIONS INTERNAssist
with Learning and Development, people engagement and corporate
communications within Global Supply Chain organization.YOUR
IMPACT:These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other
duties may be assigned.Provide support to Supply Chain Learning and
Development and enterprise communications as well as other areas
within Intelligent Supply Chain and Supply Chain Services
- Coordinate and facilitate Learning & Development training
courses and events
- Scheduling and delivery of key information for training
events
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) software
- Develop communications to internal team members, key
stakeholder and supplier partners supporting the Oshkosh
enterprise
- Collaborate on existing strategies and on new program
development projects.
- Learn content creation platforms to create training videos and
contentMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Student working towards a bachelor's or advanced degree in
Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or related
field.
- Creative-minded with ability to "think out of the box"
- Excellent writing skills, with ability to identify and address
target audiences
- Must be a college enrolled student throughout the entire
duration of the internship.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
- Driven, able to work independently and efficiently.
- Computer literacy including knowledge of Microsoft Office
Suites.
- Some experience in designing marketing / communications
