We are seeking a Buildings and Grounds Technician::Maintain Bethany buildings and grounds in top condition to ensure full and productive use of all Bethany facilities. Perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting . Help organize maintenance and repairs performed on buildings. Responsible for maintaining and improving buildings and grounds to meet Bethany standards. Responsible for building quality control. Inspects facilities and work areas to eliminate deficiencies and improve Bethany facilities. Requisition building maintenance supplies, material and equipment; monitor inventory; load and unload supplies, materials and equipment. Appropriately operate all equipment and machinery as necessary.
