IRG is looking for Business Analyst for one of its direct client in Milwaukee, WI area. Business Analyst - ERP/HRIS Implementation Project Consultant Milwaukee, Wisconsin 8+ Months Contract with extension Description: Lead implementation of HR Modules within Infor ERP product, design, plan, and coordinate work teams. Involve HR COE's (Directors/Staff) as required. Follows standard project management industry practices such as the PMI's framework. Understand HR internal workflows, critically review with staff for efficiency improvement incorporation, and translate to INFOR module workflows inclusive of required documentation and mapping. Create project charter and work plan and tracks budget and schedule progress via appropriate metrics. Establish project organization and methodologies and define roles and responsibilities. Document risks and develops mitigation plans, Manage scope. Position Summary: Reports to the Human Resources Leadership team and is the technical point-of-contact and business consultant to assist HR subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, design and development of dashboards and reports, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. Train HR staff on ERP/HRIS policies, procedures, and systems, within the standards of audit compliance best practice. ERP/HRIS Effectiveness: Participate in the development of overall strategic plan for HR systems, Serve as "point person" for the HR divisions on the ERP/HRIS-related project, helping develop, and refine business requirements. Ensure that all projects are delivering on their stated objectives on time and on budget, Co-lead with subject matter experts on implementation of new system's features such as Employee/Manager Self Service, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Performance Management, and LMS. Partner with Vendor Implementation team/IT to troubleshoot and correct system or process issues, Continually monitor processes and develop appropriate metrics to reflect accuracy and efficiency Company Wide HR Effectiveness. Partner with HR Management to continually refine and improve HR system processes in order to maximize efficiency, cost savings, and enable new HR initiatives, Help manage ERP/HRIS vendor relationships to ensure the services that Milwaukee County receives meet our needs and provide excellent value. Communicate system changes as needed to ensure all are implementing policies and procedures consistently. Provide training to Human Resources employees in regards to ERP/HRIS systems and policies and procedure. HR Modules: Integrations and Reporting: Develops, monitors, and executes "ad hoc" and ongoing requests for data to ensure that the workload is appropriate and that the reports are meeting the business needs. Create "ad hoc" custom reports based on HR and other departments' needs, Use experience and best practices to suggest new reports that may be of interest to HR staff and management. Assure accuracy of all reported data coming out of new systems set-up, Help troubleshoot issues i.e.: weekly file transfers, unemployment, benefits, and various other vendors. Performs other duties as required and/or assigned Infor ERP experience is highly desirable, but will accept in-depth knowledge of implementing, optimizing and configuring HR software platforms.
