Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of window products. Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism and patience. Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Strong knowledge of different types of windows, materials, and installation practices. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. Ability to perform product demonstrations and explain detailed specifications.
