and answer phone inquiries. Develop an understanding of products &
their location to efficiently assist customers. Use computer system
for sales, entering special orders, and other miscellaneous
business activities. Work with customers to satisfy their needs,
and address any issues or complaints. Accurately/thoroughly write
rental contracts. Check in/out rental equipment. MAINTENANCE
Maintain clean and open look on floor Assist in resetting inventory
as needed Inspects returned rental equipment for damage, and
reports needed repairs to store manager. Test starts rental
equipment Cleans returned rental equipment INVENTORY Helps unload
delivery trucks Helps with re-stocking merchandise on shelves OTHER
Attend scheduled meetings as requested Maintain a professional
attitude and appearance. Perform other miscellaneous job duties as
assigned PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to bend, stoop, walk, kneel,
reach, stand for long periods, and occasionally lift, push, or pull
50lbs. Does not have any physical limitations that would prevent
the accomplishment the above-described activities.
