supplier of high-quality injection molded closures, jars and
packaging components used daily by millions of consumers around the
world. Job Description Dis-Assembly, Repair and re-assembly of
Plastics Injection Molds for Injection Molding Machines. This may
include performing configuration changes, preventive maintenance,
and minor repairs. All shifts are day shift opportunities. DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To work together with team in a flexible
manner to achieve maximum productivity throughout the shift,
liaising with the Shift Engineer to resolve problem areas. • To
carry out mold servicing and repair to the required standard and
timing to ensure tools are available for production on time and to
plan. • To carry out minor tooling repairs, modification of
ancillary parts as required. • To liaise with external contractors
regarding external refurbishments. • To complete tooling records
detailing all servicing and repair work carried out. • To ensure
that the work area is maintained in a safe and clean condition in
accordance with site standards and always being mindful of H&S
requirements. • To work as part of a team and using your own
initiative in both planned and emergency breakdown situations. •
The Job Holder must, at all times, undertake tasks with due regard
to the health and safety of themselves, their co-workers and
visitors, following Company Safe Working Practices and all hygiene
rules. • Employees must plan and perform their work in accordance
with the Company Safety, Health and Environmental Policy, standards

activities to ensure that finished goods and raw materials are
coming in and out of the facility meet consumer safety and quality
standards. Complies with all company food safety and quality
assurance procedures Reports any product or process failures that
could impact food safety of manufactured products to the location’s
Food Safety Team Leader and submits an appropriate incident report
JOB INFORMATION SUMMARY JOB TITLE: Tool Maintenance Technician JOB
TYPE: Non-Exempt/Hourly WAGE PER HOUR: a) Day Shift: $22.00
USD/Hour. b) Night Shift: $22 $2 of shift premium. TRAINING:
training will pe performed during days, couple of months and will
transition to the night shift. WORKWEEK: Sunday-Saturday SCHEDULE:
This is a 3/2/3 schedule with every other weekend off SHIFTS: this
position is intended for night shift. - Day shift: 6:45am – 7:00pm
- Night shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am WILL HE/SHE WORK WEEKENDS: Rarely,
depending on company needs. PAYMENT DAYS: Thursday PAYMENT TYPE:
Direct deposit. CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK: Yes, carta de no
antecedentes penales and/or US Criminal Background Check. DRUG
TEST: Yes, after arrival to place of employment. Cannabis is legal
in NY we do not test for it. ENGLISH LEVEL REQUIREMENTS: Medium-
Advanced. TYPE OF UNIVERSITY DEGREE DESIRED: Associates Degree/TSU
in Industrial, Mechanics, etc. DRIVERS LICENSE: Preferred, but not
obligatory. Qualifications SKILLS REQUIRED TSU/Associate degree in
Engineering Technology required. 1 - 5 years working in
manufacturing environment preferred Must be able to work overtime
as needed Proficiency in English language – read, write, understand
and speak fluently Bilingual language skills (Spanish) a plus
Willingness and ability to learn new techniques and concepts
Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate safe work habits
be able to properly follow detailed directions as given by the
supervisor Machining experience preferred Mechanical engineer
qualifications. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Additional Information
TRANSPORTATION EXPENSES TO PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT PAID FLIGHT TO
BUSINESS LOCATION: Employer will provide with a flight from the
place of recruitment to the place of employment, and then deduct
from pay and reimburse at day 90. The employee could pay for it and
the employer would reimburse after 90 days of employment. AIRPORT
OF ARRIVAL: Burlington TRAVEL FOOD EXPENSE COVERED: Yes, up to $30
USD per day of travel. Keep receipts. MEAL UPON ARRIVAL: Yes
WORKPLACE TRANSPORTATION TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORKSITE: Yes,
employer provides bus to and from place of employment to the
housing. There is a 645am bus, he can take that in, would need to
uber home ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION: Urban area, public
transportation is available including Uber, Taxi, etc. JOB
INCENTIVES WORKER COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Yes 401K: Yes HEALTHCARE
INSURANCE: Medical, dental and vision first of the month after
hired. PAID HOLIDAYS: Yes, eligible immediately. VACATION TIME: New
employees receive up to 80 hours of prorated PTO time the first
year available to use after 90 days, on January 1 new employees are
frontloaded 80 hours of PTO time to use through the year.
ADDITIONAL BONUSES: Eligible for quarterly production bonus if
plant objectives are met. SICK TIME: - They will accrue 1 hour for
every 30 hours worked. HOUSING HOUSING OPTION: Employer may secure
housing, employee will pay full - A. First year: $92.31 USD per
week. B. 2nd year: $138.46 USD per week INDIVIDUAL OR SHARED ROOMS:
Single occupancy bedroom and bathroom, kitchen will be shared with
4 other workers. RENT PER PERSON: A. First year: $92.31 USD per
week. B. 2nd year: $138.46 USD per week UTILITIES INCLUDED: Yes –
all. FURNISHING: comes with bed, dresser. Wi-Fi: Yes CABLE TV:
Cable is available, but employees will need to provide their own
TV. LAUNDRY: Yes, coin operated. OTHER: Gym in housing, Laundry on
site but does cost, cable is available, but they will need to
provide their own TV. NEARBY AMENITIES: Grocery, Dollar store,
restaurant all within walking location, can use taxi (not provided)
