Job Description Job Description Job Title: Electrician Job Description Perform electrical installations and maintenance in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC). Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems within commercial and industrial environments. Analyze and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively. Layout and install conduit systems, various lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders. Participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and other safety-related activities. Provide technical assistance and direction to other field employees as needed. Train and mentor Helpers/Apprentices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of job site, tools, and vehicles. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical installations and maintenance. Ability to read and analyze blueprints and schematics. Experience with conduit bending, wiring, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current licensing and training in electrical work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with low voltage systems and solar installations. Ability to provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members. Commitment to maintaining safety standards and participating in safety activities. Work Environment The position involves working outdoors in various elements, with a schedule of 5-6 days per week and 50-60 hours per week, depending on project and jobsite schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Baraboo, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $45.00/hr.
