looking for a Sales Data Strategist to be the behind-the-scenes
hero for our sales team. Youll keep our data squeaky clean, our
records accurate, and our reports sharp enough to impress even the
pickiest decision-maker. Think of yourself as the bridge between
numbers and strategyhelping us spot trends, track performance, and
stay ahead of the competition. And heres the twist: sometimes youll
get to play detective and help sort out the details behind new
account setups, contract terms, and pricing changes. Youll work
closely with the finance team to dig into the why behind the
numbers and make sure everything lines up correctly. If youre part
analyst, part communicator, and 100% organized, we want to hear
from you. Bonus points if you get a thrill from color-coded
spreadsheets and can explain complex data without making peoples
eyes glaze over. This position is initially 5 days per week at the
Delta Medical Systems headquarters in Brookfield. A hybrid option

Qualifications Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and
derive actionable insights. Clear and professional communication
with sales teams, customers, and vendors (both written and verbal).
Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and keeping
records organized. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office,
spreadsheets, and a CRM database. An understanding of the sales
cycle process, forecasting, and tools used to assist the stages of
the sales cycle process. Ability to act independently, use critical
thinking Able to identify issues in processes and find practical
solutions quickly. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Strategy
Development: Manage all aspects of data related to orders.
Synthesize multiple sources of information to develop an
understanding of regional opportunities and performance. Analyze
sales data and market trends, to identify opportunities for growth
and areas for improvement. Perform high-volume, detailed data entry
into CRM, ERP, and reporting systems with a strong focus on
accuracy and consistency Document status of sales opportunities.
Regularly review funnels and clean up, analyze gaps and offer
guidance to sales representatives. Process all requests for
Siemens-specific data (install bases, EOS systems, XR-29 letters),
trades, and change orders. Update and maintain customer data in
Shareville and CRM. Maintain job backlog report containing
equipment, margin, and installation costs. Do necessary
investigative work to solve report errors/omissions and
discrepancies in the data. Collaboration and Coordination:
Collaborate across regions with other Sales Data Strategists for
consistent documentation and reporting. Work closely with sales,
marketing, operations and finance to ensure alignment between sales
strategies and business objectives. Support Delta Medical Systems'
quality policy through compliance with quality management system
documentation Sales Process Optimization: Responsible for
maintaining ongoing contact with regional sales team regarding
status of sales opportunities and making necessary updates. Assist
in improving efficiency, including the utilization of CRM tools for
tracking sales activities and forecasting. Communicate and update
all lead information to the regional sales teams. Develop and run
reports for Sales, Service, and Marketing teams when requested.
Assist regional sales team with proposals and create quotation
documents. Find duplicate and inaccurate account information in
Dynamics CRM and GP Systems Research customer websites and/or
healthcare facility databases for correct information. Perform
customer order review and process sales orders with OEM, including
reviewing all quotes for any applicable below the line costs.
Assemble and maintain all documentation in job folders to include:
project metric, job checklist, customer purchase order and/or
signed quotation, invoices, and correspondence. Serve as a central
point of accountability for sales documentation completeness prior
to order submission Support continuous improvement initiatives
related to sales data workflows and reporting efficiency Other:
Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor. Physical
Demands Prolonged sitting at a desk while working on a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling office
equipment. Visual acuity for reading documents and viewing computer
screens for extended periods. Ability to speak and hear clearly
during phone and virtual meetings. Occasional reaching or lifting
